On Wednesday, February 23, 2005, Matt Grigsby from Boy Scout Troop 102 attended the Madison County Park District meeting to review his Eagle Scout Project planned for the Prairie Grass Trail. Upon review of the project plans, the Commissioners passed a resolution to approve the project.
