As we proceeded toward Edgewater Park, we came across a large group of riders participating in a memorial ride of silence in honor of Cleveland cyclist Sylvia Bingham, who was struck and killed at the corner of East 21st and Prospect Avenue, on September 15, 2009 while commuting to work by bicycle.
